Dr. Rick Bruno is an experienced orthodontist with a very well-established orthodontic practice in the Detroit metropolitan area. In fact, he was even once a patient at the practice, before purchasing it and beginning to practice himself. Even though taking over the practice’s management elevated the service level, his branding and marketing efforts didn’t match his approach to treating patients or the patient experience.
What We Did
Identified the practice’s competitive advantages, creating a unique positioning in a competitive landscape where they face pressure from DSOs, Direct to Consumer aligner competition, and other local orthodontic practices.
Rebranded the practice, further refining the brand voice and creating a look that matched the brand’s value proposition.
Redesigned and relaunched the website to communicate Bruno Orthodontics’ strengths and new brand voice to potential new patients and the community. This platform also provided a HIPAA-compliant technology package that strongly aligns with the practice’s philosophy of using technology to improve the way patients and referring general dentists interact with the practice.
Created a comprehensive marketing package built from the ground up to reflect the practice’s technology-forward, modern approach to orthodontics.
