Our strategy is to help treatment coordinators master their skills in the four major areas of opportunity that are key to practice growth: Lead Management, New Patient, Consultations, Recalls/Observation, and Pending Patients.
We structure the training to cover Process, Roles and Responsibilities, Financial Arrangement Flexibility and Reporting for each of the areas of opportunity. We hold a series of meetings with the doctor and then the TC to review current processes and to set goals. P+P consults on adjustments moving forward to enhance success. Our training sessions are conducted in one hour sessions, virtually, over the course of eight weeks.
